Alternate #17 for 31058 - Yoda Bust
OK, this one requires some imagination to see, I admit, but it's all there - the ears, wise eyes, opening mouth with tiny teeth, the folds of skin near the mouth, and the base is in the colors and shape of a Jedi robe. Even the back is pretty filled out, with some black hairs, because I didn't have more appropriate white pieces,
The build is a bit challanging, because all sorts of things may collapse if you're not careful, but the end result is steady and sturdy enough.
The ears can wiggle and fold a bit, the mouth opens as I mentioned, and the folds of skin on the cheeks are also movable, so perhaps someone with better video-making skills than me wants to pick up the challange and make this Yoda bust talk, hmm?...
I don't think I've done something this artistic since The fisherman, or the vase. This is definitely the first time I am making a bust, and as an alternate to boot. I hope you all approve.
